I am a senior employment and commercial services lawyer. Qualifying as a solicitor in 2000, I have worked for full service City firms, or niche practices run by lawyers with a Magic Circle/US firm background, acting as the employment department head for two of the firms I have worked for.

I advise on a wide range of employment law matters specialising in advising the employment aspects of all forms of corporate transactions and restructuring exercises.

I also carry out commercial contract work, having particular expertise advising on arrangements for the provision of staff and services that fall outside of the standard employment model.

I have acted for institutional clients (including the Bank of England), multinational listed plcs, SMEs, owner managed businesses and Start-Ups and across a wide range of industry sectors.

I also advise senior employees and self-employed professionals, particularly those working in in the financial and IT sectors, routinely advising employees of City banks on settlement agreements.
