Formerly a partner at Holman Fenwick & Willan specialising in international trade, I subsequently headed up the London international arbitration practice at a major American law firm.

I have conducted a wide range of High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court cases on many aspects of international commerce and have represented commercial clients in arbitrations throughout the world.

I am a solicitor of the Supreme Court and a CEDR and LMAA accredited mediator. I have written books on International Sale of Goods, International Arbitration Institutions and published numerous articles.
